Refund Policy

Due to the nature of agricultural products, some items may have special return conditions.

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products, provided:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The product is in resalable condition
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Perishable agricultural products (fresh produce, live plants)
  • Opened or used chemicals and fertilizers
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items marked as "final sale"

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund

For agricultural chemicals, please follow all safety instructions and contact the manufacturer directly for product-specific concerns.

5. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Do not open or use the product
  • We will arrange for return shipping and send the correct item

6. Warranty Claims

Some agricultural equipment may have manufacturer warranties. Please:

  • Retain your proof of purchase
  • Contact us for warranty claim procedures
  • Follow manufacturer's maintenance guidelines
