• Mobile Money for Orders ≤ K20,000
• Electronic Funds Transfer for Orders above K20,000

Payment is due at the time of order. We use secure payment gateways for all transactions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout Zambia via trusted couriers. Delivery times are estimates only. Factors affecting delivery include:

• Shipping destination
• Unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, etc.)
